ADD-ON IMAGES

SUBDIVISION IMAGES {additional $30}

This option will include five (5) additional images of the subdivision, such as: Main Gate, Club House, Fitness/Sports Center, Community Park, Schools, and the like.

NOTE:

You have to order one of the base packages to get this $30.00 rate. Otherwise Subdivision Images will be as follow:

•  5 Images {$75.00}

•  10 Images {$100.00}

•  Each Additional Image {$10.00 each}

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:

•  Make sure you ask permission from the HOA which subdivision amenities are allowed to be photographed prior to the photo shoot schedule

•  Failure to do so or any other circumstances that don't allow the pictures or video to be done on the scheduled day and time cuased by the client will result to a $25 re-scheduling fee

TWILIGHT SHOOT {additional $100}

Twilight also known as "the blue/magic hour", is the best time to take photographs of the property.

The main reason is, this provides stunning lighting condition for photography. The mysterious periods graced by warm glowing light where there is neither daylight or darkness. It is when the sun casts dramatic light across scenes and potential photographic subjects which are just waiting for you and your camera.
